Re: Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (Re: Starting Life in a Different World) is a Japanese light novel series written by Nagatsuki Tappei and illustrated by Ootsuka Shinichirou.
They even asked their son to differentiate them, and their son did it!
Translation:
Me (Dad): “Who am I?”
Son: Papa and mama.
Me: “Oh wow! So which one is your dad?”
Son: “This is papa (Rem) and this is mama (Ram)”
……How could my son tell!?!?
Later they revealed themselves as the character on Twitter:
Dad as Rem
Mom as Ram
Rem and Ram instantly made a huge impression on fans when the first season of the anime first made its debut in 2016 and with the second season, (which was released on July 8, 2020) fans have fallen in love with the adorable duo all over again.
