American CookBook’s author Molly Yeh shared the recipe for “Crunchy Snap Pea Popcorn Salad” that has aroused opinion on Twitter. Her video is on the Food Network. Where people go for some food inspiration.
The salad video has gone viral on the microblogging platform and has over 1.4 million views. The video shows Molly whipping up some popcorn with shallots, carrots, peas, celery leaves, and watercress. Then she tosses the ingredients through a salad dressing made of sour cream, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sugar.
