Yes, you heard that right! The stunning blue cycling strip is located near Lidzbark Warminski in the north of Poland, was created by TPA Instytut Badań Technicznych Sp. Z o.o. The path is inspired by Studio Roosegaarde’s Starry Night bike lane in the Netherlands.

While the Dutch, Van Gogh themed version uses LEDs, this glowing blue bike lane is made from a synthetic material and can give out light for up to ten hours at a time once charged by the sun throughout the day. The project is still in the testing phase but is surely one of the most stunning eco-friendly ideas to be implemented.
