Has this ever happened to you, that you saw a design online and you had an urge to try it right away? The moment Jessica Breen saw a creative bookshelf design on the internet, she and her husband knew that they had to try it. “When I showed Sinclair he almost had a heart attack,” Jessica told The Daily Mail. “We knew we had to try it.”
Jessica’s bookshelf is not like any ordinary vertical bookshelf, her Pinterest-y bookshelf features a series of cubes, with their backs fixed to the wall. The cubes are arranged in a starburst-like shape.
The couple then started their work, they measured the wall space and handed the dimensions and inspiration image to Jessica’s colleague, a graphic arts teacher, who came up with the sizes of all panels that they got cut from a manufacturer. They began this arduous work after they got the panel, to make their Pinterest dream come true.
It took them 16 hours to build this DIY bookshelf, but the work was worth it and the result was stunning. This bookshelf is a Pinterest dream come true!
