If we could go down the rabbit hole that Alice fell to end up in wonderland, it definitely opens up into this mystical forest in Belgium. Hallerbos or Halle Forest in Dutch, is a blue forest that looks like it’s the backdrop of a fairy tale, thanks to the beautiful bluebell flowers that carpet the dense forest floor.

The flowers blossom every spring and summer, from mid-April to May and splash the forest floor with hues of blue and violet giving the blue forest its name.
