6-year-old Elizabeth is now a young fashion designer, who has recently designed a dress with Macy’s. Elizabeth has been diagnosed with Leukemia and had an opportunity to make a wish with Make A Wish. Unlike a lot of children, who choose to meet their favorite celebrities or opt for a trip to Disney World, Elizabeth wanted to design a dress.

And her wish came true! She recently had the opportunity to design a colorful floral maxi dress with assistance from style experts at Macy’s Fashion Office and I.N.C. International Concepts. Elizabeth visited Macy’s Fashion Office in NYC last year.

Elizabeth’s design is available online at Macys.com and in 12 Macy’s stores, including Macy’s Barton Creek Square Mall. And 20% of the purchase price of Elizabeth’s dress will benefit Make-A-Wish through Dec. 31.
